  • CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

    Yes, you can! If you got an idea for a special piece please use the contact form and I we can discuss this further.
    Custom orders always got an extra custom fee of 10€ but therefore you can pick the crystals + the materials and cooperate with the design choices.

  • CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING?

    Yes, you can combine your orders for free shipping.
    If you have two orders you'd like shipped together, just let me know before your first order ships. I'll give you a code for free shipping and send both orders in one package. Please use the contact form and let me know that you would like to combine the shipping.

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    All items take 1-2 weeks to ship. You will receive an email when your order is shipped.

    Once shipped, orders within Germany take 2-5 days to arrive, within Europe around 1-2 weeks, and abroad 4-6 weeks. This all depends, however, on your local courier.

    If the item hasn't arrived within these time frames, please contact me.

 

  • WILL THERE BE CUSTOM FEES ADDED TO MY ORDER?

    Vesper Moth ships from inside the EU. If you live outside the EU, custom fees might apply. Check with your local postal service for rates and limits. Vesper Moth does not mark down the values of packages.

 

  • RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

    No returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged upon arrival or different from what was ordered. Photo documentation required.
